END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR TRIAL SOFTWARE

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the trial version of the software (“Software”) provided by EasyCO LLC, doing business as WildFire Storage (“WildFire”), for use with the applicable product or service (“Product”).

BY INSTALLING, USING, OR RETAINING THE SOFTWARE BEYOND THE TRIAL PERIOD, YOU ACCEPT THIS EULA. If you do not agree, cease using the Software and remove it from your systems immediately.

1. LICENSE GRANT
WildFire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-term license to:
Use – The Software may be used solely for evaluation and testing purposes during the trial period, on one device at a time.
Store – The Software may be stored on your system during the trial, but you may not distribute or copy it for any other use.
Restrictions – The Software is licensed, not sold. WildFire and its suppliers retain all rights.

2. TRIAL PERIOD AND TERMINATION
Unless otherwise specified, the trial period is valid for 90 days from the date of Software installation.  Upon expiration of the trial, the Software will cease functioning unless you purchase a valid license. ildFire reserves the right to terminate the trial if you breach this EULA.

3. UPGRADES AND MODIFICATIONS
Trial Software is provided “AS IS” and may not receive updates. This EULA will govern any upgrades during the trial.  If you purchase the Software, the commercial license terms will supersede this EULA.

4. TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS
The Software may not be transferred to any third party.  You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or share the Software in any form.

5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
WildFire retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Software.  You may not remove, alter, or obscure copyright or proprietary notices.

6. REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software.  Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the trial and possible legal action.

7. DATA COLLECTION
WildFire may collect limited usage data during the trial to improve performance and user experience.  No personal data will be collected without your consent.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES.  WILDFIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  WILDFIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS OR SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WildFire’s total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the trial.  WildFire is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

10. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to use the Software in any prohibited jurisdiction.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA represents the entire agreement between you and WildFire regarding the trial Software. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA).
